The areas I can help with include preparation, focus, consistency, performance anxiety, and coping with difficult emotions in the pursuit of your performance goals.

I work with clients on building awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that limit their success and enjoyment of their sport.
Evidence-based skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, and acceptance are used to help you perform in a focused and confident manner.

What to expect

Meeting 1-on-1 in-person or virtually. Sessions will focus on short-term and long-term goals, collaboratively exploring your experiences, and tailoring skills to your needs and goals. Sessions are 50 minutes.

Sessions can occur in-person or virtually. These can include single sessions or multiple sessions focused on team culture, preparation, and general sport psychology skills such as goal setting, mindfulness, and imagery.

Session length can be negotiated and the opportunity for practice/game observation may be available.

Unfortunately, services are not covered by third-party insurance currently.

Reduced fees may be available.
